3 types of student visas for Australian baseball players
Visa F - this visa allows for students to study at an accredited U.S. college or university
Visa J - visa is for students participating in an exchange program in college or high school
Visa M - non-academic training within the U.S.

junior college vs. four year universities
Upon completing 2 years of junior college an athlete must transfer to a four year university or college if they wish to continue playing college baseball.
Junior College (2 years) - Associates Degree
University (4 years) - Bachelors Degree
By “Redshirting” an athlete can extend their period of play in college by sitting a year of competition but still participating in all other team activities.
